Free Premier of Climate Chains with Lord Monckton

moncktonThe Minnesota Free Market Institute will be premiering the new documentary film, “Climate Chains” at an event featuring keynote speaker, Lord Christopher Monckton on Wednesday, October 14th. Monckton was an advisor to former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, serves as the chief policy adviser to the Institute of Science and Public Policy and is known as the man congressional Democrats were afraid would humiliate Al Gore if he’d been allowed to testify alongside him in a congressional hearing back in April. Naturally, that couldn’t be allowed. Career climate alarmists fear Lord Monckton.

Climate Chains was produced by the Cascade Policy Institute and it addresses the perils of cap and trade legislation while examining free market solutions to actual environmental concerns.

This FREE event promises to be entertaining and informative.

I am so there. My calender for that day is open, and I live about 10 miles from there, so I am definately going.
I have been a fan of Lord Monckton for years! I’m actually excited that I have a opportunity to hear him speak. What a treat!!!!!

Definitely going! This man has the knowledge, reputation and ability to truly put some weight behind the anti-AGW argument. Now if just the media were willing to be informed and report the truth. Any guess if any of our media elite will be attending? Maybe Don Shelby?

What a great presentation! A lot of what he was saying I already knew, but there was a lot that I had not heard before. I was especially impressed with his explaination of why computer climate models don’t and can’t work. The math was all greek to me, but it was very interesting to see the illustration of what happens to the complexity of predicting just one parameter of a chaotic system. And there are MILLIONS of parameters to compute to predict climate. It is IMPOSSIBLE to predict the future climate.

It was also nice to meet Dan McGrath. I was hoping to meet some of the other people from here, but I was tired, and my knee was killing me from just sitting there, so I took off around 9:20.
Dan suggested that he might add onto the site the ability to choose an avatar or picture to go with the posts. I thought it was a good idea, so next time there is something like this we can recognize each other.
I could’nt help but wonder occasionally who made it, and they could have been sitting three seats away and I would’nt know it.

Sorry I could not make it business called. Nice to see pictures posted. I’m sure that if a picture of myself were posted, Rob N Hood would probably have a heart attack and never post again. Not wishing ill will to anyone Rob. Someday, you will see the truth. I will meet Dan McGrath sooner than later, the elections are coming up shortly!!

I ask myself one simple question. Why if we are having Global Warming, every winter gets colder. Just couple days ago Pennsylvania an New York got snow, the earliest ev er register. Why Mr. Gore refused to answer questions. I know he is a Democrat and as Democrat he is following his boss idea of ‘Dont talk, don’t ask’. That our President is on the pink side, , yes, everybody knows that pink is just few shades away from red and we are heading that way. I know. I left a Caribean island when it was declared RED.

    G. Everyone that is a Democrat/republican/libertarian that I have talked to has asked the same question. When will an honest debate in front of the public for you and I happen? When will questions be asked, answered fully with “facts” by both sides so that we, the one’s that eventually pick up the “tab” will ever understand the FACTS and vote accordingly? That is why I assume this web page exists. To get the facts out in front of the people period. I’m tired of searching the net to find opposite opinions/facts not reported on the main radio/TV/government that debates the issue which in my opinion, if keeps going further will make us a Third world country. I just read that Canada’s dollar is better than ours? Suggest you get involved personally or financially as time permits.

Everything said about the extreme left (communism and Socialism) taking over the environmental movement is true and in doing so have used the environmental movement to bring about a world that takes away from the wealthy to give to the poor. It gives to those who do nothing at the expense of those who have worked, created, and brought wealth to not only themselves but to the world. Beware and understand that most citizens of the U.S. do not want their sovereignty taken and given to a global socialistic, communistic government to rule over us and dictate to us. We will maintain our sovereignty, we love our freedom.

    To Dan,

I haven’t seen anything like this since I accidently stubbled upon this site. It is finally refreshing that it is no longer simply Rob, Neil and I. Kudo’s to you and your staff. Discourse is good!!!!

Shanawa- you are wrong- we are being taken-over by right-wing fascism. But either way it is a take-over, that’s for sure.
