Climategate Ad

Some of the most prominent scientists pushing the theory of man-made warming hail from or have ties to the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit (CRU) in Norwich,England. CRU scientists have played a major role in the United Nation’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (aka IPCC). CRU has been described as the gatekeeper of the UN’s global warming assessments. Their research is featured prominently in the UN’s Assessment Reports (AR1, AR2, AR3 – and AR4 is the latest) issued by the IPCC that are being used as justification for carbon trading schemes, higher energy taxes, tremendous new government regulation trillions of dollars in public investment and even plans for a new world government entity with the authority to supersede the sovereignty of the United States.

On November 17, 2009 reports of an information leak from CRU computers began to surface. Over 60 megabytes of emails and data files were anonymously posted on a Russian file server. It’s not currently known who is responsible for the leak. CRU blames computer hackers, but many have suggested an internal whistleblower may be responsible. Dr. Phil Jones, director of the CRU has confirmed that the emails and data are genuine. The emails and documents reveal that some of the world’s “foremost” climate researchers have engaged in a pattern of data manipulation, suppression of dissenting views, undermining of the peer review process, destruction of documents requested under Freedom of Information laws and outright fraud. Despite the tremendous implications of the climategate scandal, the mainstream media has been largely silent on the subject, so the No Cap and Trade Coalition put together this ad for the internet and fundraising is underway to fund it for broadcast television.

It’s about time this comes to light, I’ve been saying Global Warming was a bunch of hot air for ten years now. It’s been all around us and just takes people to open their eyes and see it. A few examples would be; Cleopatra’s Palace was found a mile off the coast, under water. If the water had rose up since the industrial age, we would have known where it was. The Wooly Mammoth found in Siberia, grazing near a watering hole and possibly 40 other sites with potential prehistoric animal. Siberia was always been under snow for as long as we have known, so at one point in time it wasn’t. Fossils of Prehistoric sharks found in Idaho and Utah, meaning this area was part of the ocean (coming in through Washington). In Alaska, they have markers showing how far the glacier has receded since the early 1900 when there was nearly no pollution. The fact is, we are still coming out of the ice age and the earth is getting back to its natural state. Are we warming up quicker, yes. The answer is simple, the less ice at the northern and southern hemispheres, the faster it warms. It would be the same as placing an ice cube in the refrigerator and one on the counter. Obviously the one on the counter will melt faster since the room temperature is warmer. I will keep this short and not add any more examples, for the list goes on. Thank you for listening…

Dan, Short, to the point and accurate. Excellent job!

Paul, Thank you from Paul. You made my evening!

In my opinion, Al Gore wanted to make a name for himself. This earth is to be around another thousand years after Christ returns and people will live on it. What does that tell us? Of course, people who don’t believe the Bible will have a problem with this fact.

  5. Rob N. Hood December 8, 2009 at 1:19 pm #

Uh…um… Al Gore had already made a name for himself, remember he was VP for 8 years? Anyway, this isn’t about him. It’s about global elitists, (which I will agree, he is trying to be in that category), who ALL make money off of the middle class. It’s happening all time in thousands of different ways. Please stop the myopic focus on one thing (Al Gore and Cap and Trade) and get mad about the WHOLE thing. I’m not talking about climate change, yes be mad or not about that too, but I’m talking about the global elite who are ripping us off EVERYDAY. They are the ones that control our lives to the extent we don’t want and to our detriment.

Oh, and gee Paul (first poster above) that is really insightful! I always wondered why an ice cube melted outside of the freezer. Amazing! Wow, that clears the whole thing up, doesn’t it??!!

Now about the rest of your post- re: the warming of the planet, of which there seems to be no disagreement by others, which is odd. Anyway, since you apparently believe that- do you also think that this warming will not adversely effect us humans? What do you think about the dire computer models re: this issue. Does it give you pause? Cuz it sure does me. Just asking, since you breezed right by this uh… rather important aspect.

  7. Paul Wenum December 8, 2009 at 9:41 pm #

Rob, you meant to say the “cooked” Computer MODELS. That’s science????

  8. Rob N. Hood December 9, 2009 at 9:05 am #

Could be the cooked computer models are the ones sponsored and paid for by corporate entities that have something to lose, like say for instance Big Oil, just to name one.

Correction. Wasn’t it the IPCC??? Do you believe Americans were born yesterday and you are the expert? Get back to reality.

  10. Rob N. Hood December 14, 2009 at 10:44 am #

No Paul I am fairly dumb when compared to most scientists. At least I can admit that. But I do feel comfortable saying I am probably smarter than many deniers. This I base upon their posts, not by mere assumption.

  11. paul wenum December 14, 2009 at 11:12 pm #

You under estimate the knowledge of the average American such as myself and others that view/contribute to this page. My God, you are an elitist, you are “smarter than any “denier” of Global warming” You sound exactly like Albert Gore. Wonder why? Who writes your script? Soros based I assume?

  12. Rob N. Hood December 15, 2009 at 9:38 am #

I didn’t say I was smarter than “any” denier, I said many. We are all elitists, in one form or another, when you get right down to it. We all have egos, and think we know what’s what. you certainly do, you tell me that in every one of your posts. Doesn’t that make you an elitist? I think it does. At least I am honest about it. Trust me. If an intelligent scientist type came on here he/she would make me look like an idiot in no time. It just hasn’t happened, yet. Not to that extent anyway. There have been some thoughtful intelligent people on this site. I criticize you and Dan and Neil, mainly because I don’t think you are thoughtful, and multi-dimensional. I don’t doubt your intelligence, but mere intelligence is sometimes not enough. Not for me anyway.

And Dan, and his Minnesota (Moral) Majority. That’s NOT elitist?! Come on- don’t be hypocrites. And you Paul- you are the Elitist of this site, besides me of course…

    • Dan December 15, 2009 at 10:37 am #

I’d define an elitist as someone who is convinced that not only do they know what’s best for everyone else, they believe that that knowledge and superiority gives them the right to dictate to everyone else. On the opposite side are those of us who know what’s best for ourselves, but leave that determination to everyone else to make for themselves. It’s simply Minnesota Majority – so named because the issues we choose to tackle are based upon the majority opinion in Minnesota according to our polling.

  13. paul wenum December 16, 2009 at 10:58 pm #

If I comment, I’m darned if I do Darned it I don’t. I back Minnesota Majority and their stand on the issues. Excellent work by the way! Now comes the “hate speech.”
