Exposing the Corruption Behind Minnesota's Climate Change 'Consultant'

This video from a Colorado talk show exposes the corruption behind the Center for Climate Strategies (CCS), the so-called “consulting” organization hired by the State of Minnesota to “assist” in the development of policy recommendations for the Minnesota Climate Change Advisory Group (MCCAG).  CCS travels the nation “advising” state governments on developing state climate change strategies.  While they try to give the appearance of being an independent consulting organization, the truth is that CCS is being funded by Left-wing environmental advocacy groups.  And the policy recommendations developed by CCS are nearly identical from state-to-state.

It’s interesting to note that none of the Twin Cities mainstream media has done a story on the obvious bias behind CCS.  Which leads us to wonder how the media might react if the state had hired a conservative advocacy group, such as the Heritage Foundation, as its ‘consultant’ for developing Minnesota’s climate change strategy?  Learn more about CCS by visiting ClimateStrategiesWatch.com.

As a Minnesota voter and citizen, you can rest assured that a very cold Minnesota voter reaction will happen. Thanks for this valuable information.
It will be brought forth with extreme prejudice to our local media.

Has not the media wondered if this “Global Warming Crisis” is not another take of “Chicken Littles” the sky is falling mantra?

The “High Priest of Panic” AlGore has been censured in Great Britain for
spreading his theory as “Fact” He needs to find something he is qualified to do, but therein lies the problem. A politician who we know will take any stand. His firm positions are as solid as Jell-o…
Gov Pawlenty is a nice guy but he’s The Gov. of the Socialist State of Minnesota, where are solutions can be fixed by raising taxes…..(sarcasm)

Thank you for providing us with this valuable tool. I have been interested in the environment and conservation since the 1960s (I was trained originally as a Forestry Technician). No one seems to listen when I have consistently noted that the fear in the 60s and 70s was global COOLING, not warming. Oddly enough, many of the groups who touted global cooling back then are the same ones, or offshoots of, the same one today who are screaming about global warming.
Poor Alfred Nobel must be spinning in his grave.
Why has no one mentioned that Al Gore is heavily invested in the companies that “sell” carbon credits. The more carbon credits he buys the higher the stock value of the company. As long as he can convince his Liberal buddies to invest in carbon offset credits he won’t need to get a real job.
Gee, does this mean that I can claim all those thousands of trees I planted in the 60s and 70s as carbon credits?!?!
