Global Warming Showdown: And Skeptics are Winning

kyoto_logo_1U.N. prepares for urgent battle to extract $100 billion from U.S.

By Michael F. Haverluck

The U.S. and other developed nations are reconsidering their commitments to fight global warming before the upcoming 17th Climate Change Conference in Durban, South Africa.

The United Nations wants representatives of world governments and international organizations to advance its agenda to fight climate change at Durban 2011. But despite Barack Obama’s full-fledged support for the green agenda early in his presidency, he has become increasingly hesitant to engage in some of the U.N.’s costly climate programs.

A major topic on the Durban agenda, Nov. 28 through Dec. 9, is the extension of the Kyoto Protocol. The agreement binds 37 developed nations to reduce greenhouse emissions from 1997 to 2012 through implementing regulations.

But doubts about global warming science, as well as the declining world economy, have contributed to many developed countries getting cold feet.

“Of the major players in the Kyoto Protocol, my sense is that the EU is the only one still considering signing up in some fashion to a second commitment period,” said U.S. Special Envoy for Climate Change Todd Stern while discussing Durban 2011 at a meeting on global warming in Mexico City. “Japan is clearly not, Russia is not, Canada is not and Australia appears unlikely.”

This is what it is all about. Right here laid bare for all to see. This is what it has always been about, a worldwide money grab. Anthropogenic global warming was, from it’s inception, a device to part rich countries from billions of dollars.
I think it is hillarious that they think Obama is buckeling to scepticism of climate change. He would give them the money in a heartbeat if he thought it would not weaken his already slim chance for re-election. To say he won’t because of scepticism is like saying he won’t stick his arm in a barrel full of parahnas because he doesn’t want to get his arm wet.

Neill, I fully agree. It is all about money isn’t it? Screw the environment or absent the environment it’s called, Ka Ching, Ka Ching.!

Joe you speak about my nonsense and yet post your own… how do you explain that?

The reason for country’s to pause is that the Scientific and Political corruption at the UN’s IPCC is to much for the politicians to sell to the electorate. See “The Delinquent Teenager… by Donna Laframbiose”.When you can’t trust the organisation you have based your political response on then the game is over. The evidence is becoming clear as the real science (not the models that the IPCC relies on for its alarmist projections) becomes available. It shows that nature not Co2 is the main ingredient in climate change and hence the myth of AGW as the main cause is just that a myth. It is not that Skeptics are winning it is that the real science is emerging and tearing down the facade put up by the IPCC.

The IPCC must go. It has been exposed as corrupt. Credibility of the organisation is zero. The IPCC had an oportunity to reform but it chose not to make change. The Durban Jambore should be its death nell. The IPCC has forced country after country to introduce taxation systems that have forced both fuel and economic poverty on taxpayers on the basis of false and manufactured science. The environmental left activists have been exposed and The Kyoto Protocol must also be disbanded.

We must focus on what the real problems are in society (health, education, welfare and energy independence) and deal with real climate issues as they arise. Adaption is politically saleable Alarmism is not.

    Think about it.

I did (of course) and it is written very poorly, thus my problem with it. Also, it doesn’t really make that much sense, as a result of poor writing skills.

Al Gore needs to return his undeserved prizes and the money he stole with his junk science based A INVONVENT TRUTH and the KYOTO TREATY needs to be run through a paper shredder along with every other UN treaty

  26. Rob N. Hood December 8, 2011 at 8:31 am #

Oh… gee you are so smart, and such a sharp spell checker. I’m sure envious of your all your previous error free communication… I am guilty of using slang. Sue me.

I could. Takes a stroke of a pen.

I work to keep personal hypocrisy to a minimum. Most other things are just normal foibles.

  34. joe December 15, 2011 at 11:33 pm #

I see you are an expert at that.

  35. Rob N. Hood December 16, 2011 at 8:25 am #

Like I said- I work on it. Seems to me that all people should. It is a huge human flaw and causes a multitude of problems.

  36. Joe December 17, 2011 at 9:09 pm #

    Yes it does.

  37. Rob N. Hood December 19, 2011 at 8:18 am #

So you are posing as two Joes, or what? It’s odd and kinda creepy, just so you know. Not that you care- cuz if you are doing that, you are doing it for a purpose, whatever that may be.

  38. Joe December 19, 2011 at 11:09 pm #

I have my purpose in life. And you?

  39. Rob N. Hood December 20, 2011 at 8:03 am #

To try and learn more about everything. Which is an infinitum of purpose. And you?

  40. Joe December 23, 2011 at 11:38 pm #

The day Ii know all and can fix all is the day I pass. Neither I, nor you ever will. Rambling statements with no actual factual statements/facts behind them like the Global /climate change so called experts is an example. Now read over 1000 sciencietists are not backing global warming.

  41. Rob N. Hood December 26, 2011 at 6:30 pm #

hmmmm…rambling statements with no factual facts…. sounds familiar somehow.
