There’s no censure you hypocrite, it is simple criticism, such as you claim is a divine right for eveyone. He’s simply finally calling out Fox for what they really are, that’s all. About time too. No, genuine disagreement on policy is fine of course. I’ve never said it wasn’t, although during the Bush administration they attempted to silence that sort of thing, which was unbelievable but pretty normal crap for Bush. It’s the irrational extreme hatred and paranoia that is frightening. And you know what I mean, so don’t play dumb about it. You are probably one step away from being a part of that group. JFK had a similar positive effect on people. Some leaders have that special talent when speaking, to inspire… etc. To distrust or hate a President for that reason is simply childish, irrational, and biased. You can disagree with him, but to exaggerate his effect on people is a dishonest way of undermining the guy for no good reason, other than you people would hate and come up with all sorts of superficial reasons to disparage and sow discontent for a Democrat. You all did the same thing to Clinton.

Dialectic is no more ideology than Big Al is a genuine tree hugger. The Hoodmeister probably does not even understand why he dislikes views contrary to his own projected (on this discussion board at least) viewpoints. Take comfort in the lessons of history, everything that was powerful in the renaissance period stood against change. The truth won in the end. The moment somebody declares that his opposition deserves to be bashed, he has lost all credibility. Pure and simple. But heck I can sympathise…

I never got, as a “journalist,” “chills up my leg.” To me that is sick. Inspiration by Reagan, reality by Bush after 911, but to liken our President as a savior” like “Sting” said yesterday, I have a problem. And by the way, Obama is our President. I, simply as an American, do not believe in what he believes in or is trying to push through congress/senate. Simple as that. Is there a problem with that? It is my OPINION. Isn’t that the American way, or has something changed???

I just apologized for getting personal. I will avoid that in the future. I would appreciate it if you would too. Take this post I’m responding to. I think that is a little too personal. Don’t you? I mean, all you know about me is what you see here. Just because I disagree with you a lot does not mean that I can’t comprehend abstract concepts, or grasp subtle and abstract ideas. Even after everything I have said about myself here, you know virtually nothing about me. As I know virtually nothing about you.
I do know that you rub me the wrong way. I think your additude is one of arrogance. You seem to believe that you are smarter than everyone, and I don’t like that in anybody. The way you present your beliefs is in a manner that suggests that anyone who disagrees with you is a stupid moron. Can you see why I have little respect for that?
If you would be a little more respectful when you post things, I wouldn’t have half the problem with you that I do. So when you post, if you just say “this is what I think”, and then say what you think, and not say “this is what I think and this is what you should think too, and if you disagree then you have no sense, and can’t grasp subtle and abstract ideas, you idiot”.
Do you understand my point here?
