Where's Neil? HE didn't respond to my question/point. Does science really bother you Paul? Or that fact that those billboards do not represent this site at all, and are misleading? Isn't that what bothers you, "distorted facts" ?

Love to go there but I'm too old. I'm not a genius, just a "common man" making my opinions known. Isn't that what life is about? My daughter and my son-law love the point-counter point every weekend. I sincerely wish as I have stated before, that if more families had this we would have a better world. Unfortunately that is not the case.

What about those silly billboards? False advertising? And Paul, guess what? Because of SCIENCE, you don't actually have to go to Mars to know something about it. Pretty cool concept, eh?

I'm so sorry for disturbing your sophisticated and in-depth discourse with my silly progressive views. I should really leave you geniuses to your difficult and serious work of saving us from the climate scammers. By the way- I've been meaning to ask: What is the deal with the ice on Mars anyway?

BBBBBBut, Neil, when it was cold in August, yyyyyyou made a big point poo pooing the warming of the climate..... Why so hypocritical? You don't make sense when you do that, and you do it often... even when you use fancy words like linear... And so you post an artcile that disputes the one I posted- what do you think that proves- nothing really.

Oh Rob, a warm Sept. in MN. does not a warming planet make! And predictions of what the Arctic sea ice extent would be, were well below what is now present.
http://wattsupwiththat.com/2009/09/07/how-have-the-scientists-done-on-arctic-sea-ice-forecasts-this-year-maybe-not-so-good/
Even though it has been a warm Sept., the cool temps that we have had all summer will mean that the average temps for 2009 will still be well below what was predicted, and the linear trend will still be a downward one.
I know you think this is some kind of smoking gun for AGW, but sorry, it'ss not. Try again.

Record warm September in MN... and then this: (but it's all vile lies !!)

The Arctic's sea ice pack thawed to its third-lowest summer level on record, up slightly from the seasonal melt of the past two years but continuing an overall decline symptomatic of climate change, U.S. scientists said on Thursday.

The range of ocean remaining frozen over the northern polar region reached its minimum extent for 2009 on September 12, when it covered 1.97 million square miles (5.1 million square km), and now appears to be growing again as the Arctic starts its annual cool-down, the National Snow and Ice Data Center reported.

That's why they changed the verbage from "Global Warming" to "Climate Change." The climate changes daily. Based upon what I have read (Both sides), it is a natural occurance. Unfortunately you will not see this in the regular media. Sad but true.
